CONTACT LENSES

Sourcing and providing you with contact lenses is an important area of our work and we have built up considerable expertise over the years. We can provide contact lens examinations or discuss any visual problems; simply tell us what you need or ask our advice and we'll give you clear and helpful guidance. Almost anyone can be a contact lens wearer and we fit beginners from 9 to 90 years of age.

New lenses come on to the market all the time. Changes in recent years have been the introduction of super high oxygen lenses that let the eye breathe and allow longer lens wear. New, more moist materials have improved lens comfort even for people with dry eyes. Varifocal lenses have also opened up lens wear to the more mature amongst us. If you tried lenses years ago and gave up, now is the time to try them again!

As an independant practice we are able to choose contact lenses that are perfect for each individual. We are not tied to particular manufacturers and this gives us greater flexibility to provide the best vision and comfort for you.
